Return Policy

At Noireblan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the return guidelines below for smooth processing.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must be intact.

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Panties

  • Lingerie sets

  • Intimate apparel

  • Bodysuits

  • Shapewear

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely repack the item and include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return
      Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.


3. Shipping the Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Return packages should be shipped to the address provided in the RA instructions.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and it meets return conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Final Sale Items

All panties, lingerie, intimate-wear, and hygiene-sensitive products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
